About us

How did we get here?

With extensive experience leading high-growth go-to-market operations teams, our founder, Michael Ingram, established InTandem in 2015 to help executives and revenue leaders address critical operational challenges around processes, tools, and analytics.

In 2018, we launched the first iteration of our expert network, which has since grown to over 2,000 active revenue operations professionals. By 2025, that growth earned us a place on the Inc. 5000 list, ranking #1,285 nationwide.

Today, our in-house team, along with a network of experts available on a fractional or full-time basis, is dedicated to ensuring our clients’ success across all sales, marketing, and customer success operational areas.
